Do you make everything on this site?

Yes! Everything here is handmade, hand painted, or drawn by me! Every piece has my personal touch to it, with love and maybe anger in some cases.

When does my order ship?

A lot of the items here are made to order, so please allow 2-7 days for the creation of the piece. You will get an email to notify you when the order has shipped!

Why does my product not look exactly the same as the picture?

Because most of the items here are made by hand. And also, I'm not a robot, maybe heartless, but not a robot. So each piece will not be EXACTLY the same as the other. But that's what makes each one special and one of its kind!

But I REALLY want mine to look EXACTLY the same as the one in the photo.

Too bad.

I got buyers remorse. I don't want what I ordered anymore, can I get a refund?

Sorry, all sales are FINAL at the point of sale. A lot of the products are made to order. If the product is damaged during shipping or have some major defects, please contact liallie.help@gmail.com for further assistance.

How does shipping work?

Orders over $35 will ship free! Others will ship using USPS with a discounted rate offered through Shopify.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, at the moment I am only shipping within the US. As the shop matures a bit more, international shipping can be considered.

Why are you so angry? Why so many middle fingers and profanity?

Because it's.. funny?

Real talk though, while life is awesome and amazing at times, sometimes you just wanna scream into a pillow or kick a puppy. And that's okay! (okay, don't kick a puppy.) If a little snark can bring lightness to this crazy world we live in, I'm all for it!

Wait, how come some of your stuff is just cute and not annoyed or angry?

Because I feel like it. This shop is a place where I want to share my art. Although a lot of times they are sassy, angry, and in your face, but sometimes I just want to be CUTE.

Do you take custom orders?

Sure, custom orders are accepted from time to time. Just email with your request or question at liallie.help@gmail.com and we can take it from there.

I missed a drop! Will they come back again?

Mayyyyybe? Best way to get a drop to potentially come back would be to comment on the drop post from the social media account. Links to follow the social media accounts are at the bottom of the page.

Noooo! Something I want is out of stock! What do I do with my life?

I know it can be SO upsetting. First, take a deep breath. Ok, good.

Now, regular shop items can be made to order, things may be labeled out of stock when I have too many orders on hand. I will get things under control and mark items in stock again shortly! You can also email me to inquire about a specific item at liallie.help@gmail.com.

What does Liallie mean?

It's inspired by my name + my daughter's name. My biggest inspiration in life is my daughter, so it's only fitting to name my shop after her.
